José María has developed a long professional career (more than 10 years) in Private Banking and wealth and investment management before starting his career in the real estate sector. He began his career at BNP and Merrill Lynch International in London in the early 1990s, and since 2000 he has participated as an investment director in several real estate entities designing the acquisition, development and sale of real estate assets and projects in Spain, the United States and Mexico. Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Richmond in London, Diploma in Corporate Finance from the London Business School and Real Estate Management from Harvard Business School.

Degree in Economics from the Carlos III University of Madrid. Master in Sustainable Development, Banking and Finance and specialization in Venture Capital from the University of Berkeley, California. He began his professional career in Analistas Financieros Internacionales and accumulates more than 15 years of experience in international investment consulting in Latin America, USA and China, in the real estate, technology, energy and industrial fields. He has been a partner of two investment fund managers and seed investor of numerous investment projects inside and outside Spain.

With more than 30 years as head of departments in the financial, accounting and auditing areas of companies in the real estate development sector, such as Tesla Inmobiliaria (1985-1993). At Ayco Grupo Inmobiliario since 1993. He has a degree in Business Administration and a Law Degree from the Complutense Universities of Madrid and the Camilo José Cela. University of Madrid, he also has extensive experience in accounting and tax advice for companies.
