He has experience in corporate underwriting and balance sheet processes.

José María has developed a long professional career (more than 10 years) in Private Banking and wealth and investment management before starting his career in the real estate sector. He began his career at BNP and Merrill Lynch International in London in the early 1990s, and since 2000 he has participated as an investment director in several real estate entities designing the acquisition, development and sale of real estate assets and projects in Spain, the United States and Mexico. Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Richmond in London, Diploma in Corporate Finance from the London Business School and Real Estate Management from Harvard Business School.

Emilio has a law degree from the Complutense University of Madrid and has been a member of the Madrid Bar Association since 1974. He started his own law firm in October 1977 and served as an advisor to the Sol Melia Group (1984-1999) and as secretary of the council and legal advisor of the Spanish real estate company PROCISA (1988-2016). Emilio also has extensive experience and deep knowledge in urban planning and real estate law.
